Zeke’s practice areas include litigation, intellectual property, employment, and business and real estate transactions. He has handled all phases of litigation from pleadings to appeals. In his transactional practice, Zeke takes a holistic approach by identifying client strengths and promoting outcomes that can benefit all parties, while also minimizing risk and building exit strategies to deal with unplanned contingencies.

Before joining Johnson Muffly & Dauster, PC in 2021, Zeke practiced litigation as an associate attorney at two internationally recognized law firms in San Francisco, and received awards for his work as a volunteer Deputy District Attorney in Marin County, CA. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), Order of the Coif, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Maxine M. Chesney of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Zeke earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Wesleyan University, where he captained the men’s varsity swim team and the men’s water polo club. Outside of the office, Zeke loves to explore the Poudre River and the Rockies with his wife and three kids.
